Sponsorship Coordination

National Not for Profit

  • Started working with Research Foundation for donation recognition in 2019 and added tasks at the Board’s request including exam support, sponsorship outreach, and social media.

  • Maintain annual spreadsheet of $20,000+ clinic and client donations, send individual recognition.

  • Solicit funding from corporate sponsors: secured $130,000+ within first 6 months.

  • Create integrated marketing of associated digital literature, forms, and emails to solicit funding through branded and cohesive design.

  • Work annual conferences. 

  • Aid branding refresh by establishing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X) by developing content, newsletters, event flyers, and assisting with new website and brochure re-design.

  • Design, produce copy, and manage company webpage (Manager April 2017 – Jan. 2023)

  • Managed international factory production, shipment, and storage of over 100,000 pieces of inventory annually. Responsible for management of over half a million dollars worth of inventory annually.

Park Interpretive Specialist & Volunteer Coordinator

California State Parks

State Government Parks & Recreation Department

  • Managed and developed content for six social accounts (Facebook & Instagram),

  • 3 state webpages. Total followers of social accounts: 5.5k+

  • Expanded key themes into engaging programming and social content, and develop media library for pre-established content and messaging.

  • Created innovative social campaign of Ranger PSA videos highlighting rules and safety messaging. Resulted in consistently 20% higher engagement and directly correlated to increased following on social pages in addition to educating the public prior to their visit.

  • Dedicated posting twice a week to South Yuba River SP Instagram page doubled followers within first 6 months. While managing, following of Instagram grew 400%.

  • Week-long content about area fire impacting Park reached 32k accounts across platforms.

  • Multi-Park coordination of 200+ volunteers, year-round interpretive programing and special events within multiple Park units.

  • Developed and hosted first PORTS program in collaboration with Nisenan Tribe. Established and nurtured relationships with Co-op (Sierra Gold Parks Foundation), community, public, private, non-profit, tribal, and government groups to foster inter-agency collaboration. Attended meetings to coordinate messaging about programs, opportunities and news and leveraged partner reach to increase public engagement.

  • Preserved and protected natural, historic, and cultural features. Interacting with visitors of all ages and backgrounds to ensure a safe, educational, and enjoyable visit to the Park.
